Wedding Inquiry form must be received and acknowledged by Basilica Staff before requesting a 2 week hold on your preferred date.
DATE AVAILABILITY
After the
Wedding Inquiry form has been received and an available date has been determined, the couple will be emailed their
Fee Schedule and invited to place the date on hold by completing the
Request a Two Week Hold form located on the left of this page.
If needed, an
Extension of Two Week Hold may be requested as well by using the appropriate form.
When the couple is ready to confirm their wedding date, they should complete the
Confirm My Wedding Date form, also located to the left. Upon confirming the date, the couple will receive further instructions on how to begin their
Wedding Portfolio with the Basilica Staff. This area is password protected. The password will be emailed to the couple upon confirming their date. The couple has thirty days after confirming their date to make the first payment on their fee schedule.
As you can tell by now, the process of having a wedding at the Basilica is form driven. This helps you stay in contact with the Basilica Staff and stay on track with all the necessary preparation and planning. We look forward to working with you toward your special day.
