Altar Society

The Altar Society of the Basilica of St. Lawrence serves the church in a variety of ways. Our main avenue of service is the general cleaning and maintaining of the altars, the surrounding areas, the altar linens and the candles. We also order and care for the altar flower arrangements and greenery, general upkeep of priest vestments and special events. Each aspect of the Altar Society allows members a personal way to express their love of God through service to the Church. The Altar Society invites and welcomes all registered parishioners to serve in this special ministry. Click on the sub-menus to the left to see where you fit in with the Altar Society.
