Working with the Parish Office
Our parish is blessed with many dedicated volunteers. We appreciate all that these volunteers do on behalf of the Basilica and our parish community.
Please think of this page as an extension of the parish office. To the right are online forms for many common requests. Using these forms practices good Stewardship reducing the time it takes for parish office staff to accomodate the many requests it receives each month.
A Plan for Working Together is an online manual that equips our volunteers, commission chairs, auxiliary groups, etc., with methods of communication for working with the parish office staff. Room usage, Coordinator responsibility, safety concerns, etc. are included in the manual. It also informs individuals of Diocesan guidelines and requirements for background checks, Protecting God's Children, Ethics, and Code of Conduct. (Link coming soon.)
